 We ran into Dave Wolin at the “Toys For Tots” car show where he had what looked like a NASCAR stock car on display and a load of stuffed animals in his Suburban. Striking up a conversation, we found that it wasn’t a stock car; it was actually a road racing Pontiac and he had just returned from testing at a southern California racetrack.

 On November 17, 2008, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) published the final version of the new Family and Medical Leave (FMLA) regulations. The regulations become effective on January 16, 2009 - 60 days after publication in the Federal Register.
